terms & conditions

The present terms and conditions apply to any transaction made by the client via our website www.colchik.com. No exemption will be made to those terms and conditions.

your order

The final confirmation by the client « confirm your order » implies full and contractual acceptance of the order on his/her part, a confirmation email will be sent immediately to the email address supplied by the client.
Colchik reserves the right to cancel any order by a client with whom there has been a prior dispute. Once your order has been accepted and shipped, you will receive another email from us confirming that your order has been processed.

ordering

There are four successive stages. First of all, the client chooses the article(s) he/she wishes to order and places them in his/her basket. Secondly, the client provides the personal information requested. Thirdly, he/she chooses the method of payment. Lastly, the client can check and if necessary modify the order before finalising the order process by clicking on the « confirm your order » button.

pricing policy

All prices are in euros, inclusive of taxes. They do not include postage and packing, which will be indicated during the ordering process.
Delivery outside the EU may entail further costs, which will be payable by the client, who is required to make the necessary enquiries into possible customs duty and taxes. Please, view our shipping & returns page for further details.

payment

Payment is due when placing the order. It may be paid through a Paypal account or by credit card via Paypal/Stripe. You can also make a Sepa.

delivery

The order is delivered to the address provided by the client. In the case of an error in the address provided by the client, all supplementary delivery charges will be due by him/her.
Orders are processed in a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of payment, but delivery times may vary according to the delivery zone. The delivery charges are calculated according to the country of destination.

right of withdrawal

The client has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery during which he/she may retract without justification or financial penalty other than payment of shipping costs of the product(s). The product(s) must be returned in their initial state, in the original packing and in perfect resale state to the following address:

In the case of retraction, the price of the returned product(s) will be refunded to the client within a period of 5 days after return; in addition, in the case of faulty merchandise the cost of postage and packing will be refunded. If the product(s) is/are returned for personal reasons the postage and packing costs are to be paid by the client.

guarantee

In case of recourse to the legal guarantee of compliance and guarantee against inherent defects the client is entitled to the legal guarantee.

applicable rights and settlement of disputes

All legal relations between our company and the client are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The Court of Potsdam, Germany, will be competent to rule in the case of disputes.

personal data

We collect only the client’s personal data which is strictly necessary for the processing of orders. We undertake to use it in a strictly confidential manner and never to pass it on to a third party. Please, view also our cookie policy.

safety clause

If one or more clauses, or parts of them, of this contract were invalid, the validity of the other clauses would not be affected.
