Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday within 48 hours from time of purchase. We send all our parcels with La Poste Colissimo. We will send you an email with tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped and is on your way.
We send all our parcels 100% climate-neutral.

Colchik wants happy customers! So we keep our returns policy simple and straightforward: we exchange or refund goods received back to us within 14 days of delivery date.
If you want to return or exchange an item, please, email us at info@colchik.com and we will help you forward. All items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Of course, in case of an incorrect or defective order, we will reimburse you for both delivery and return shipping charges.
Returns are processed within five working days of receipt.
Please, note that Colchik does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods or any international duties and taxes.
